Regulation of the visa regime

Article 1

Nationals of Andorra, Argentine Republic, Aruba, Australia, Republic of Austria, Kingdom of Belgium, Bermuda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Federal Republic of Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Republic of Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Republic of Chile, Denmark, Republic of Estonia, Republic of Finland, French Republic , Republic of Guatemala, Republic of Greece, Republic of Honduras, Croatia, Ireland, Republic of Iceland, Republic of Italy, State of Israel, Japan, Canada, Republic of Cyprus, Republic of Korea, Republic of Costa Rica, Republic of Latvia, Principality of Liechtenstein, Republic of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Republic of Hungary, Republic of Macedonia, Malaysia, Republic of Malta, United States, Principality of Monaco, Republic of Nicaragua, Kingdom of Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Kingdom of Norway, New Zealand, Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Panama, Republic of Paraguay, Republic of Poland, Portuguese Republic, Romania , Republic of El Salvador, Republic of San , Republic of Singapore, United Mexican States, Slovak Republic, Republic of Slovenia, Republic of Serbia, Holy See, Kingdom of Spain, Sweden, Britain and Northern Ireland, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, Republic of Venezuela, and holders of valid travel documents issued special administrative region of Hong Kong People`s Republic of China, may enter, transit through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days, with a valid passport without a visa.

Article 2

Citizens of EU member state, the Principality of Andorra, the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of San Marino, the Holy See and the Swiss Confederation, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Serbia, Croatia, Republic of Macedonia and Republic of Kosovo may enter, transit through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days with a valid identity card or other document on which you can determine their identity and citizenship.

Article 3

Citizens of the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Ecuador, Republic of Cuba, Republic of Peru, Russian Federation and Ukraine may enter, transit through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days with a valid passport without a visa.

Article 4

Citizens of countries that are not listed in Art. 1,2 and 3 of this regulation, or which has not signed the international agreement on entry, stay or cross the territory of Montenegro, may enter and reside or transit through the territory of Montenegro, on the basis of a valid travel document which has entered a visa.

Article 5

Holders of passports with a valid Schengen visa, a valid United States visa or residence permit in those countries can enter and reside or transit through the territory of Montenegro up to seven days and the longest until the expiration of the visa, if during the validity of the visa for less than seven days .

Article 6

Holders of passports issued by the United Nations or its specialized agencies (Laissez-Passer) may enter, transit through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days without a visa.

Article 7

Holders of passports issued by Member States of the European Union or the United States under the Convention on the Status of Refugees from the 1951st year, or about the legal status of stateless persons in the 1954th year and travel documents for the stance may enter, transit through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days without a visa.

Article 8

Citizens of countries which have concluded bilateral agreements on abolishing visas in diplomatic and official passports, or the conditions may enter, stay and transit through the territory of Montenegro in accordance with these agreements
